New factory and tasting house – official opening
The official opening of the Wicked Cheese direct factory outlet at Richmond took place on 17 February 2012. Dignitaries in attendance included The Hon Martin Ferguson AM MP (Australian Government Minister for Tourism); The Hon David O’Byrne MP (Tasmanian Government Minister for Economic Development); The Hon Julie Collins MP (Australian Government Minister); The Hon Scott Bacon Tasmanian Government Minister for Tourism; Doug Chapman (Mayor of Clarence City Council); Jock Campbell (Deputy Mayor and former Mayor of Clarence City Council).
